Thomas J. O’Neill is one of the most experienced attorneys ever to seek the position of Dutchess County Family Court Judge.

For more than 30 years, he has devoted a significant part of his law practice to Family Court matters.

He has litigated thousands of cases involving complex issues of custody, visitation, orders of protection, child support and juvenile delinquency. He has also had extensive experience in criminal law, an invaluable asset in Family Court which has responsibility for adjudicating cases of juvenile crime.
