PLEASE NOTE: Contribution Limits

In the General Election, individuals are permitted to donate up to $7,775.55. The limit for a family in the general election is $38,877.75.

In the Conservative and Independence primary the limit for individuals is $1000.

Corporate contributions can also be accepted up to $5,000, less the amount given to other candidates in New York State in 2008.
